Starting My Postdoc at CWI

I’m happy to share that I’ve started a new chapter as a Postdoctoral Researcher in the Database Architectures (DA) group at CWI (Centrum Wiskunde & Informatica)!

After completing my PhD in the same group, where I focused on designing FastLanes—a next-gen file format for modern hardware, SIMD, and GPU—I’m excited to continue this line of research as a postdoc. The DA group has been an incredible environment for pushing the boundaries of data systems, and I’m looking forward to further developing FastLanes and exploring new ideas in data compression and big data file formats.

As a postdoc, I’m continuing the development of FastLanes.
